850451- Lord Vampyre Key Chain

Another person to add the the Halloween/Autumn Party that is my quarterly rotating display table.  This well detailed figure is a member of the Monster Fighters theme, of which I have only one small set.

It was a little tricky for me to solder off the keychain bit on him, as his hair piece reaches a small point at the top and I feared melting that down.  I adore his elaborate one piece cape and it is perfectly suiting, even if it may get a little squashed with age.  Lord Vampyre is wearing a heavily detailed tuxedo complete with vest, jacket, ruffled shirt, neck tie, gold buttons, and a chain watch.  The printing on the legs show that the Lord has a tailcoat and the back torso shows this further with line and button printing.  What a stylish night-horror.

His head and hands look so pale to me that I thought they might be glow in the dark pieces, but they perhaps just seem so white due to all the black he is clad in.  This figure is the same in all three sets he is in and likewise Vampyre's keychain form has a double sided head.  I'm not entirely sure one would be able to utilize this with the keychain part on but it was a pleasant surprise for me.  His first expression shows him with irritated eyebrows, striking read eyes, and fangs hanging out.  Perhaps a standard grumpy face.  His other side is one of attack with an open mouth and fangs at the ready.  To me, that mouth shape looks more like angered disgust.  Like someone got him out of coffin too early in the evening.
