This is one of the few Castle sets I got as a child although I'm not sure why I received this one as I also have King Leo's Castle, making this set fairly redundant. This little set is extremely simple featuring King Leo, Richard the Strong, a white horse, a small castle construction, and accessories.
Here's King Leo himself, with his Lion emblem shield, chrome gold crown, and chrome silver sword. I was always very partial to the sword and pretended it was Excalibur. I love the chrome gold and silver pieces Lego used to make, and I wish they still did so. However, I understand that with age the shiny bits can fade or be chipped off entirely. King Leo has a face print with a white or grey beard, a torso with the lion shield icon, and legs with print to match his torso. No double sided heads or back torso printing available yet, but he still looks regal.
This guy is apparently called Richard the Brave, a fact I found out about three minutes ago. He's equipped with a short sword, a lance with a blue flag, and a helmet. His face print shows quite sinister looking facial hair and his face is surrounded by marks that I think are an extension of his helmet. His torso shows sturdy armor and his legs feature armor as well as a red and green possibly jeweled belt. As he is the flag bearer in this two-person army, perhaps he is quite brave indeed.
A horse is always welcome in Castle-land, and this white one comes with a blue saddle.
It's difficult for me to call the other piece a castle construction, but it essentially is. It simply consists of a large common castle piece, and three small bricks from which to fashion a traditional parapet. I can't think that this could have much play value by itself, but would help expand any other castle set.
